the body shop colour crush matte lipstick

the body shop is waking up to the matte trend rather late. the formula of these lipsticks is quite comfortable matte - not too drying. they are well pigmented, but i'm not impressed of the color selection - i only like the last 2 shades. price in finland 16,50€.

the body shop fresh nude cushion foundation

cushion foundation is now very trendy and it found itself to the body shop makeup range as well. the packaging is designed for an easy application and touch-up, since it has a sponge and a mirror within. the formula has for example aloe vera and marula oil, and it's told to suit for sensitive skin too.

the formula comes in 5 different shades. to my summer tanned skin shade 03 was perfect. i would probably continue using 03 anyway, since the 02 seems very yellow.

the product is like your skin but better. if you love natural finish, you will definitely like this foundation. compared for example loreal's cushion foundation (which makes your skin look shiny and wet..) this makes a slight matte effect - but not too much not to suit dry skin as well. the formula is long lasting too, it lasted well a normal working day - i didn't need any touch up. it evened my skin tone and looked very fresh! only minus is the hardness of the sponge that comes with, i rather used my beauty blender to apply.
