lumene CC color correcting cream

i think the name of this product is a bit confusing. first you think its a CC cream, but then in the small print there is written foundation. and there is also a long list what the product claims to be: foundation, primer, concealer, long lasting, SPF 20 and make the skin radiant. 

my sample shade is medium.

i can almost underline all of those claims. i have a bit redness and the product color corrects well, but i needed to put extra concealer on pimples.

 the formula is medium coverage what suits perfectly for me - my face needs covering but i don't want it to look too caked. the formula is also perfect balance of creaminess and matte. its not too moisturising that it would make my face look "oily", but not that mattifying it would make my skin look dull. actually i think this foundation makes my skin look nicely luminous.

 i agree that the foundation is long lasting but people who have combination or oily skin will need to put a real primer. i also appreciate SPF in the summer.

over all a really great foundation for really affordable price! this became my second favorite foundation after lancome's teint miracle. price in finland 16,50€.

isadora nude sensation fluid foundation

isadora's newest foundation is the nude sensation fluid foundation. it says to be no makeup feel, nude finish, light formula and medium coverage foundation for all skin types.

i have mixed feelings about this product. it takes work to apply evenly, since the formula is oddly sticky. but in the end the finish is not heavy at all - light/medium cover and matte finish.

my sample is the shade 16 nude almond.

i did earlier this year a swatch of the maybelline dream wonder nude foundation and maybe some of you are thinking between of these two foundations. isadora's nude sensation is a little bit more covering and long lasting than the maybelline's dream wonder nude that is really light.

maybelline dream wonder nude foundation

got a sample while ago of maybelline's new dream wonder nude foundation. i don't think that i will be purchasing this, but i just wanted to make a swatch for you.

here's picture of me before and after. in the before i don't have anything else on my face than day cream.

in finland we have currently five shades and my sample was "sand 30", the second darkest color. originally dream wonder nude foundation has 12 shades, and i think this color might be in other countries "sandy beige 60".

the formula is really light and matte. i can't say that i would dislike this product, but i just don't personally like matte foundations. and i also want to have more coverage, since my skin is really uneven colored, because of the redness. i think this would make a great summer product though, because then you will want something light that keeps matte!
